PROJECT 734 STORIES

Project 734

Inspired by Luke 7:34 – “The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and you say, ‘Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’”

Jesus changed lives around the table. He shared meals with sinners, saints, and strangers. He saw the table not just as a place to eat, but as a place to connect, listen, heal, and love.

At Cassidy Church, Project 734 is our response to that call. It’s our way of building God’s Kingdom one meal at a time.

What is Project 734?

Project 734 is a movement to share intentional meals with others—neighbors, friends, coworkers, or someone you barely know. It’s not about fancy dinners. It’s about presence, listening, and relationship. It doesn’t matter if they are sinners, saints, or strangers; what matters is the relationship.

Whether it’s a backyard BBQ, lunch at work, or coffee with someone who’s struggling, every shared table becomes holy ground.

Our goal: 734 meals in one year
So far, we’ve already passed 100 meals, and every one of them matters.

Why 734?

Luke 7:34 reminds us that Jesus came “eating and drinking.” He used the table as a mission field, and we believe we can do the same.

What do I need to do?

It’s simple:

  • Invite someone to eat.

  • Listen well. Love fully.

  • Let us know it happened.

Who’s It For?

Everyone.
You don’t need to be a chef, a pastor, or an extrovert.
You just need to show up.

Let’s fill our tables and watch God fill lives.
Join Project 734 today—and be part of something real, personal, and powerful.
