Equipped is a deeper discipleship class designed for people who want to understand their faith, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and feel more confident talking about what they believe.
Over the course of the class, we’ll work through seven major areas of Christian faith and practice:
Spiritual Formation: learning how daily practices shape us into the people Jesus is calling us to become
Church History: discovering how Christianity developed, spread, struggled, and changed through the centuries
Old Testament: understanding the story, structure, themes, and world of the Hebrew Scriptures
New Testament: exploring Jesus, the early church, Paul, and the writings that shaped Christian faith
Christian Theology: learning the core beliefs of Christianity and why they matter
Apologetics: becoming more comfortable answering questions, having spiritual conversations, and explaining your faith
Personal Rule of Life: bringing everything together into a practical plan for how you want to follow Jesus going forward
Each section will include reading, Scripture, teaching, discussion, and practical application. You do not need a theology degree or years of Bible study to participate. You just need a willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow.
Equipped is not about collecting information. The goal is to help you better understand what you believe, why you believe it, and how your faith shapes the way you actually live.
If you have been looking for a chance to go deeper than a typical short-term Bible study, Equipped was created for you.
