SERMON NOTES

That’s One of My Favorites

Beloved Bible stories provide enduring moral compasses, turning historical narratives into lessons of hope and resilience. Whether it is David facing Goliath to teach courage against overwhelming odds, or the Prodigal Son illustrating unconditional forgiveness, these timeless truths remind us of the enduring power of faith.

The Prodigal Son

When you’re down, beat, and broken, and feel lost where do you turn? How do you find your way out of your “pigpen” and back to a life of love, grace, mercy, and hope? Today we look at the parable of The Prodigal Son and get to experience a modern day version through a testimony of pain, fear, sin and ultimately sanctification and salvation.
